one of my steel toes weigh more that that lil guy. he came running out snapping and growling and i didnt pay him any attention. i was sitting in the chair and next thing i know i felt pressure on my arm. i looked and sure enough the little motherfucker bit me. lmao! if he wasnt so little i would have payed more attention.

the bite is no big deal unless it gets infected or i get rabies. Laughing

the grey one in the background is the 302 donor car. its giving all but the tranny and engine as he has the 351 and AOD though im suggesting the C4. he knows its there though. if he wants it all he has to do is say so.

the AOD is getting a shift kit and the 351 is heading to the shop sometime next week. Cool

yeah it seems im pretty fucked. i just had my gall bladder out and the surgeon told me to not do anything like that til mid april. i was lifting the tranny up over the core support and hurt myself. Rolling Eyes

if it isnt one thing its something else, right? dealing with a bunch of shit all at once sucks. i have been laid up for months and when i think im doing better i get reminded that maybe im not.

I know about not having enough energy for such things. Looks like a fun project.

I got bitten by a dog for the first time a couple years ago. I delivered pizza all through college and most of my limo clients have pets. I've never had any bite me. I go over to friends house for Thanksgiving and he's got three daschunds. One barked at me when I let her smell me. I figured she was in a bad mood and turned to walk away and she attacked my leg. Bit right through my jeans on my calf drawing quite a bit of blood. My jeans and sock were red when I got home.

So what kind of numbers and other goals do you have for the Fox Body? Oh, and by the way, that's a cool project! Cool

not my car. jrtech's car. he wants to go fucking insane with it and im trying to reign him in because its supposed to be a hot daily not a racecar. im pushing for simple reliability. 300 or 350 hp should be good for a reliable daily. the fox should be plenty fun like that. and not breaking the 8.8 would be nice.

I'm with JR on this one, I wouldn't settle for less than 400 Twisted Evil Can't make out the dog bite too well, but if there's not meat hanging out, or stitches required, quit your whinin Twisted Evil

Laughing i was just saying the bastard bit me. i am more impressed than anything.

and as for the power he is going to sitting in stop and go traffic or on a crowded outerbelt for 80% of his commute. he is talking stroker kit and 600 hp. Rolling Eyes im talking about a broken 8.8 and twisted in half convertable.

1) machine work for the stroker is expensive
2) building an 8.8 or making the 9 fit is gonna cost
3) building a tranny to hold it is going to be expensive.

we can do a basic machine on the block with some flat top forged pistons and put together the parts we already have do up the d0oe heads with some rockers and not spend 5 grand on the whole thing. it should make ok power and be reasonably reliable. he needs a reliable daily that isnt a pain in the ass.
