saving money for the hood aready, does have a mild built 350 with crower h275 cam, edelbrock 600cfm, on rpm intake proform hei distributer that is by-passing the egr and computer. true dual exhuast through shorty header from flow tech with glass packs, turbo 350L with custom built 2800 stall 700r4 converter with turbo 350 hub.four row radiator and and extra tranny cooler, haven't decide if i want to install a set of 3.42 gears i have.

Don't want cb.

And as far as red, I'm thinking more of a two tone with white on a nice blue.

I prefer trucks lowered "flat" otherwise the bed becomes unusable.

Minor progress since uncovering the beast last weekend. New thermostat is in and working on rest of fuel system as I did get the new carb doen last fall. Just gotta do lines and new fuel pump then it's off to body shop for some minor sheet metal work then start racking up miles before HRPT.

That is a nice Elky! I agree, once it's back down to stock height it'll be a nice 'sleeper' with the improved 350.
Hey rebel....you did exactly the right thing...my 'keeper' was 65, so I strongly agree with you deciding to keep yours.

So much for progress. Found that the entire brake system needs to be replumbed. At least it runs now. At this rate, I may get 50 miles on it before HRPT. Will post updated pics next week.

Didnt even get to take it on HRPT. Sad Still have not taken new pics, not that you would notice any changes from the old ones except a bit more rust.
